Happy Resident

I recently moved into my new apartment, and I couldn’t be happier! The apartment itself is incredibly spacious, giving me all the room I need to feel comfortable. The staff has been absolutely amazing from day one, making me feel welcome and supported throughout the entire process. The move-in was incredibly smooth and easy, which took a lot of stress off my shoulders. Overall, I’m so happy with my decision to live here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call... home!

Clean and serene

Property is kept clean and constant upgrades are happening. In the two months I’ve lived here so far it has been a quiet property. The pool is amazing and well cared for. Leasing staff and maintenance are very easy to talk to and respectful.

Not the worst, not the best

The good: the staff is very nice, maitainence is handled quick, location is good. The bad: there are some people who live here that make it not so great to live here. Parking wherever including places that block traffic and sometimes cars in spaces and nothing done so they do it all the time, people who walk dogs off leash AND don't pick up, people who act like they are unaware they share walls and make lots of noise, don't know how to put trash in the Dumpster and just toss in front until its... just a big pile, people not using recycle correct so now its hard to recycle with the way the bin is, people who bring big speakers to the pool and play so loud can be heard far from the pool. I know the staff cannot know what a person is like when renting but there are things that can be done to ease some of the bad.
