Top Maintenance & Fun Activities for the kids !"

"I'm giving this apartment complex a 5-star rating because of their excellent maintenance service. Whenever I've had an issue, they've responded quickly and efficiently to diagnose and fix the problem. What's even better is that they organize fun activities for the kids! For example, they once arranged for a fire truck to visit, and the firefighters gave the children a tour, explaining the equipment and its uses. Plus, the complex has a playground that's regularly cleaned and well-maintained… also the people in the office and maintenance staff are kindhearted and helpful . It's a fantastic place to live!"

Nice all around .

The management and leasing staff are very nice and professional. When riding around the apartment complex you can see there’s a “new thing “ happening within this complex environment. The units are nice and remodeled give it a shot and see for yourself .

DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!

All these people did was change the name of the apartment complex. Nothing gets done at all. It’s roach infested and they don’t even have a pest control that comes. Been under “new management” at least four times, takes maintenance forever to fix anything. The Gate at the front has not been working since I moved in. My ceiling fan fell on my husband leg and they said it was our fault and took them three weeks to come remove the fan. The top step of our stairs fell on my husband foot as he was… coming home from work and they did nothing about it also took them a week to come and fix that. All the good people that were working here and actually helping are leaving. ITS NOT WORTH MOVING HERE!!!

A place to call home

The new management is really turning this place around. Especially the new property manager, she goes above and beyond for her tenants. She make sure everything that needs fixing gets done and in a timely manner. I have no complaints and I am happy that i decided to give this place a try ??
