Screening process needs to improve in order to get better tenants. We also need better maintenance in hallways and stairs and an upgrade in the gym.

Pool always broken which also means that the gym has limited hours. Also since I moved here the landscaping and grass areas have gotten worse

Its only been a few days since me and my spouse moved in I have to say we love it, I myself love the overall design of the apartment from the chill patio deck to the high ceilings with the cool celling fan. Even the atmosphere is great ????

It’s been nice living on the lake :) good price for the apartment I am living in and the view is amazing! I don’t believe you kind find a cheaper price for a lake view apartment
