I enjoy living here quiet neighbors, friendly people stays pretty clean. My garbage is always picked up if i have a problem with my apartment they are quick to fix it, workers are friendly and very polite and kind. It's been a great experience so far only thing is I wish they would fix the front gate

I really like my new 1 bedroom apartment with all new stainless steel appliances fully renovated and it’s has a lot of room management was very nice and professional for helping me get situated

My only complaints would most definitely be the parking situation, I wish I we had better parking for residents, it seems its a free for all. Having designated parking would be great because I work two jobs and one of them is coming back late around 2 or 3 am and there is no close parking to my apartment building. I had to walk... from the other side to my apartment late one night and I had to get up early for my day job and it takes extra time to walk all the way down to my car. So if they could fix this would be great like having designated guest parking and if people don't have a decal or something that shows they live here then they get towed. and we can have our own spots.
