I would not live here. The apartments end up being much more expensive after all the amenities, and it is not worth it. The staff is friendly but sadly, not helpful, starting off with management. Having safety issues that are constantly dismissed, despite having multiple complaints with other tenants, they deviate subjects and turn it back on you. I would not live here, since the apartments are also very old and you can hear just about everything. Second, while maintenance is very helpful and… solves issues, they can take days to solve urgent issues due to them being understaffed.

I’ve been in my apartment for almost 8 years now and I have had only minor issues, which were taken care of in a timely manner ! Location is within shopping centers and grocery stores , gas stations and restaurants ! Convenient to theme parks, the 408 and other major roads , and is also on a bus line !

I enjoy living here quiet neighbors, friendly people stays pretty clean. My garbage is always picked up if i have a problem with my apartment they are quick to fix it, workers are friendly and very polite and kind. It's been a great experience so far only thing is I wish they would fix the front gate
