Modera Creative Village

Moving into our first apartment at Modera Creative Village has honestly felt like a dream come true so far, and I especially want to commend Jeremy for how much he helped us throughout this process.

As first-time renters, the application process was honestly stressful at times and there were a few setbacks along the way. But Jeremy never made us feel like our situation was impossible or like we were just another application. He stayed in communication with us, worked with us through every... obstacle, contacted the necessary systems, and truly helped guide us all the way to approval instead of turning us away.

That kind of patience, professionalism, and genuine care means more than he probably knows.

So far everything has been amazing. I do believe that the amenities in the game room could be upgraded such as the pool table. And when me and my partner moved in we were told that the pool was warmed but it most definitely is not.

We are enjoying living here at Modera Creative Village. The staff have been super helpful and we are close to some of our favorite places. We are close to I4 so getting around is super easy.

On year three and will say I’ve had a great overall experience here. Huge fan of the neighborhood and amenities, particularly the grill and the gym.

Great place to live! The location is super convenient, the apartment is comfortable, and everything is well-maintained. It’s a quiet, safe environment and I’ve had a really positive experience overall.
