The building itself is in good condition, the trash chutes and dumpsters are always cleared out in time, and the parking garage is neat and orderly. The common areas are well-maintained and clean; The grill works perfectly after recent repairs. The staff is always polite, present, and helpful. The maintenance staff is cheerful and professional. My main issues lie with the management's handling of noise and other complaints. Unreasonably loud music after hours is common, large dogs are often… walked without leashes, dog breeds banned in the lease agreement are all over the place, and many hallways smell of marijuana. Complaints don't seem to remedy anything, and it often feels like the community rules and guidelines are more of a suggestion to most people here. The noise, smell, and carelessness of other residents makes this otherwise great apartment complex a 3/5 at best.

Excited to continue to live here. Everyone that works here is very nice and they always go above and beyond to help you. Maintenance is also always on point and they make sure you resolve any problems you have at a timely manner. Very homey and the area is perfect for those who like downtown living without being in the chaos of the hangouts areas.
