I am baffled and upset by the dismissal of Oscar who was rated 100% by all who dealt with him. He always went above and beyond to help and welcome the residents in every possible way. It definitely affected our feelings and attitude regarding Overture.

Relative to other Active Adult 55 plus communities, OvertureDrPhillips is a GEM. Its centrally located so I car is not absolutely essential ( there are stores and restaurants within walking distance)

The Management, Leasing Team and the Maintenance Team provide high levels of customer service often going beyond their call of duty!

The community pool, breakfast area, theatre, the hallways and business center, in house gym, as are ALL the in-house amenities are well maintained and well… utilized!

Overture Dr. Phillips has been our home for almost seven years. We are very happy here. Dr. Phillips is a great neighborhood with good shopping and medical facilities. The staff is really great and attentive. The building and grounds are very well-maintained. Residents have choices of a variety of activities. We moved from San Francisco back to Florida and surely picked the right place to land!

We think that living here is the greatest decsion we've ever made. We like living in a resort . Breakfast five days a week, outings with others, events, food trucks available, it's insanely comfortable atmosphere so pleasent . Everyone is so nice. from the staff to all residents. It's amasing here . I'm more than likely without a dought going to stay until my time comes to meet my almighty Lord Jesus Christ.
