Excellent feedback and quick response to issues raised. Even when there was an issue, the landlord was respectful and delt with it. Definitely sugest moving here if you want to stay in east Orlando.

Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. The biggest issue is the neighbors playing loud music with little regard for those around them, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful living environment.

Parking is another major problem. It’s extremely difficult to find an available space, and when you do, it’s often next to oversized trucks. There seem to be far too many large trucks throughout the community, which makes parking even more challenging.

I’ve also noticed a significant... number of vagrants around the property, which affects the overall feeling of safety and comfort.

If management addressed the noise issues, improved parking, and took steps to address the presence of vagrants around the community, this could be a much better place to live. Read More

So far, living here has been a great experience. Mitzi is excellent, and maintenance has been very responsive as well. Would highly recommend Polos Orlando in 2026.

We like the place and the apartment; there is just one minor issue they have been working to fix—the air conditioning—which is having trouble keeping the apartment at a normal temperature.
