Not great
Full of crime. We had a break in last year and then 4 cars including my own was broken into last month. I'd stay away. There isn't any security here.

high crime
This is a HIGH crime area. I've had things stolen off my porch and someone broke into my apartment and stole my PS4 another time. Management here didn't seem to care either time.
