Radius Orlando Apartments

The staff and the maintenance team are very helpful and quick to respond to your questions. The apartment is conveniently close to Lake Eola, and many coffee shops.

Radius is so amazing! They've got so many amenities that all have been well maintained since we have lived here. The staff is all so friendly, and so are all the other residents we've run in to. First time living in an apartment and I surprisingly am loving it.

My fiance and I just moved into the Radius from Las Vegas, NV. Giovanni, our leasing agent is nothing short of amazing, from when we first toured the radius back in August, to when we moved in a few days ago, he could not have been ANY more helpful, kind and accommodating. We’ve met several other staff members in passing, many neighbors on the elevator, and everyone has been awesome. This may be the best building in downtown Orlando and we’re extremely happy we moved here

The walls and particularly the doors could definitely be thicker/have better sound insulation. I can hear my neighbor if we are both in the bathroom at the same time. A light conversation in the hallway is clearly audible inside the apartment(and walking in the hallway, hearing what people do inside their apartment is very common)

That being said, the amenities are great! Coffee every day, a very respectable apartment gym(I’m training for LA28 and I feel like this gym is adequate for that), a... warmed rooftop pool. Read More

Better than I anticipated. Finding new treasures everyday. Staff and neighbors very warm and friendly.
The reward program is a first time experience with a residency and can't wait for the next food truck.
