I just moved but so far I love it! It’s so cozy and comforting already. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, the amenities are also super clean.

It saddens us to hear some of this because we offered you renewal negotiations and early bird specials each year, and your rate has remained below the community average and competitive for the area for the age of... our community. We also offered a lease extension at no additional cost to help with your transition. We continue to invest in the community, with over $460,000 in capital improvements and over $185,000 for everyday maintenance completed in 2025 and more upgrades planned for 2026. With that said, we don't want anything to go missed! If there are any maintenance concerns, please submit a service request so we can take care of it promptly. Much appreciated!

Vintage is always clean and well taken care of. The grounds are always well kept. Maintenance people are great, if you need something done, they are on it and do a nice job.

Heyy, super happy to join the community and I’ve already recommended it to a couple of friends :-)
The amenities are nice and modern!
Looking forward to my next day off to lounge by the pool!
Staff are friendly and I know are busy but, it did take time to hear back from them a few times.
The package pick up can be a bit confusing especially when Amazon puts stuff in wrong building spaces often.
Looking forward to partaking in the community events!!!
