Heyy, super happy to join the community and I’ve already recommended it to a couple of friends :-)

The amenities are nice and modern!

Looking forward to my next day off to lounge by the pool!

Staff are friendly and I know are busy but, it did take time to hear back from them a few times.

The package pick up can be a bit confusing especially when Amazon puts stuff in wrong building spaces often.

Looking forward to partaking in the community events!!!

We’re entering our sixth year at Vintage Winter Park, and overall it’s been a great place to live. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and comfortable, with spacious layouts that feel like home. The main downside is that the entrance gates break frequently, and a Parking Barrier Arm would help prevent multiple cars from entering at once. The leasing office has also become mostly appointment-only. While the new wine tasting area is a wonderful addition, it would be even better if residents... could purchase a tasting card for more flexible access. I also appreciate the friendly neighbors, the convenient location near shops and restaurants, and the overall sense of community. With a few small improvements, it could truly be exceptional. The amenities are clean, and the maintenance team is responsive. Living here has been reliable, and we’ve seen the property grow over the years. We look forward to continued improvements that make the community even more enjoyable.The pool area is nice.
