Overall his community has been a great place to live. The property is well kept and marinate is quick to remedy any issues. The only issue I have is that the community needs speed bumps installed. There have been to multiple incidents of accidents due to people speeding and and while the property management has been made aware there has been no action taken to improve the situation.

Our Courtesy Officer, along with staff, started regularly monitoring the area during random patrols after... receiving this concern. We've issued fines to those in violation and hope this encourages safe driving habits among residents. Rest assured, we’ll continue to work with our management team to explore further safety improvements.

Good so far just waiting to get my key fob fixed. Our apartment was clean when we moved in. Really glad that we have codes to let guests into this apartment complex.

Great apartment complex!

Upon move-in, the staff and residents have been very friendly and welcoming! They have been quick to handle any issues I've had, and the apartment complex itself is beautiful and well-maintained. I have only inputted a couple of maintenance requests since move-in, and they were completed in a timely manner. I recommend Vintage Winter Park Apartments!
