Not worth it
Pipes leaking, roaches, awful/incompetent HOA. Worst place I’ve ever lived. I’m very glad to be gone from there.

It's okay.
This place is okay. I don't think it was planned very well though. It rains every day and they decided it would be a good idea to paint the concrete, which is extremely slippery. There's only 1 parking space and the visitor parking for anyone else who lives there or wants to visit is all the way at the opening gate of the complex. They like to make you think it's a lot nicer than it is but it's very cheaply made. It could stand to have many upgrades, the walls are thin. The good thing is, the... property looks good from face value, as long as no one looks into anything it seems like an okay place.
