I love how great and understanding people the staff is better than my last lease to be honest maintenance is great I could be late with my rent one time because I may have a surgery or something important they will work with u but of course it’s all within reason

I love this community… the only downside is that if you rent the smallest 1 bedroom unit they do not offer a washer and dryer in the unit. They do offer a laundry facility but it’s not the same as having the convenience of having a washer/ dryer in your own unit.

I like Rosemont Windermere Community unfortunately I'm unable to attend any events due to my work schedule. My neighbors are quiet we all keep to ourselves besides all the barking I get to hear everyday and night across from me front office staff they are friendly
