Be aware that they may change your unit hours before you move in. That happened to me, and it caused an enormous headache. I had to contact my electricity and internet providers to change the address.

They were very nice and we were able to get all the info we needed all at once quick easy process. When you go there ask for Brianna, was very kind and gave us a wonderful tour.

Promised move in dates are critical and Sable Palms changed this on us. We cannot wait two weeks and we asked for option to look somewhere else but they won't return our deposit. We are fine if we can move in on June 1 but it is impossible to wait without being homeless for 2 weeks. Is this tupical? If we broke our end of the bargain they penalize us. So un fair.
