Society Orlando

I currently live at Society Orlando, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely frustrating.

My apartment has flooded twice. The first incident was caused by a toilet overflow due to plumbing issues, which resulted in damage to my personal property and required me to file an insurance claim. Management was not helpful during that situation and required me to remain in what I felt were unsafe conditions while repairs were handled.

On 2/25/2026, I came home to find my refrigerator... leaking and flooding my entire living room. This is the second major flooding incident in the same unit.

In addition to these events, I have reported electrical and plumbing issues to management and maintenance multiple times. The repeated water damage and unresolved concerns raise serious questions about building maintenance and responsiveness.
recurring flooding and the way these issues have been handled have made living here very stressful. I hope management takes habitability concerns more seriously going forward.

I have lived in Society Orlando for 3 months now and have had the best experience! I lived in a Society building in Ft. Lauderdale prior to, so when I saw Orlando had a Society, I picked my apartment and signed my lease without seeing the building or unit in person. I have had no issues with rent payment or being overcharged or any issues with Leasing or Management. The building is clean, secured, and safe. Yes, you are paying a premium, for a practically new premium building, but, that's... because of the views, the amenities: the gym and free workout classes, huge co-work and independent working spaces, the massive pool deck..etc. The residents are friendly, welcoming, and kind. And the 24/7 Concierge Team is the absolute best! They are super kind and Glory, especially, goes above and beyond for that property and the residents! Read More

Avoid this place at all costs

Living at Society Orlando has been one of the most unpleasant and embarrassing experiences we’ve had as residents. Before you move in, they treat you wonderfully, promising exceptional service and efficient management. But once you sign the lease, they stop caring about you completely.

The management and leasing staff have no idea what they are doing. They are not qualified for their positions, and all they do is waste your time. If you have an issue or need help,... they send you from one person to another without giving you any explanation, as if they don’t even know how to do their job. The information they provide is inconsistent, depending on who you talk to, creating complete chaos with payments and any actions you need to take as a resident.

Even worse, their incompetence forces you to pay unnecessary charges that you never get refunded. They give you incorrect payment information, making you overpay for things, and even charging you twice without any justification. When you try to dispute it, they simply ignore you or keep giving you vague responses that don’t solve anything.

In particular, the management team, including Nicky and Cherry, is extremely unprofessional. Not only are they incompetent, but they also show a complete lack of interest in helping residents. Their attitude is indifferent, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable for a place that is supposed to provide a good living experience.

The leasing team, including Angela and the rest, is no better. Instead of providing clear and precise assistance, they confuse residents even more with contradicting information, causing frustration and unnecessary issues.

It’s a shame because the building itself is beautiful, but the poor management and terrible treatment of residents completely ruin the living experience. There is no real service, no assistance—just indifference, disorganization, and a complete lack of knowledge from the staff.

Gabbi was amazing! Starting with her excellent service made my initial impression positive. The place itself is undeniably beautiful, and I appreciate the vision behind it. However, given the high rent, I would have preferred more spacious accommodations. Better promotional offers and a lower deposit, perhaps, would have made me more inclined to lease here.
