I lived at Preserve for almost 3 years and found the management staff to be very attentive and professional. Gym is quite adequate, they have events for the tenants with raffles and food often. The property is clean and I always felt safe. The location is unbeatable. I could walk to Publix, Huey MaGoo's chicken and places like Miller's Ale House. I moved out of state, otherwise I'd still be there.

If you have no problem with washers that need to be started twice and leave your clothes not smelling clean, dryers that need to be started 3 to 4 times just to get a light load dry, dish washers that don't actually wash the dishes, and a complex wide shared Wi-Fi network that won't let you run a YouTube video above 360p, then this is the place for you. However, if you are an average person and like to have working appliances and a stable internet connection for work and or entertainment, then... do not bother with this place. The complex takes forever to send anyone to fix appliances, and they just tell you to get in touch with the company that provides the Wi-Fi, who then tells you that its the apartment that will know how to get a hardline connection. The staff is very nice. Staff makes it very enjoyable to live here , however, too many pets in this place. Residents do not upkeep of the pets outside grounds. Hallways have a smell because of carpets. Have insect problems that staff don’t fix or care to fix. The amenities are clean but apartments are not kept up. Price seems unreasonable for lack of cleanliness. Amenities are okay. Noisy neighbors.

I've been a resident here for a year and yesterday I had need to contact Maintenance due to a smoke alarm battery chirping. I was SHOCKED, after having put in a request early in the morning, to get a note that my request was completed and they replaced batteries in both detectors. A maintenance staff member named Angel left a note, a bag of candy and bag of popcorn thanking ME for being a member of the community. It's expensive to rent anywhere and here is no exception, but I must say they do... a fantastic job and keeping the place nice and they are responsive.
