Excellent location!

This is a great place to live. The apartment is quiet, no thin walls like some apartments. The office staff and maintenance team are wonderful. Good neighbors, well planned out apartments, with great amenities. The location in Champions Gate is also very convenient to everything.

No thin walls here

The apartments are at an excellent price. The manager Roy and his team are awesome! Maintenance team is great too. It’s in a perfect location and you can see fireworks every so often from the Omni. We are close to Hwy 27 instead of in the thick of things in Orlando which we love. Disney is only 9.2 miles, 13 minutes. The apartments are built extremely well. The walls are not thin at all and the carpeted floors help too.

Excelente lugar para vivir..!

Desde el primer día, la atención al inquilino ha sido impecable; el personal es amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y resolver cualquier inquietud rápidamente.

Las instalaciones son buenísimas, la piscina, el gimnasio y las áreas comunes son un verdadero placer. Todo está mantenido en perfectas condiciones, lo que refleja el compromiso de la administración con la calidad y el bienestar de los residentes.

La ubicación es inmejorable, cerca de restaurantes, tiendas y atracciones locales facilita… la vida diaria... ¡Altamente recomendado!

EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT STAFF

I lived at Preserve for almost 3 years and found the management staff to be very attentive and professional. Gym is quite adequate, they have events for the tenants with raffles and food often. The property is clean and I always felt safe. The location is unbeatable. I could walk to Publix, Huey MaGoo's chicken and places like Miller's Ale House. I moved out of state, otherwise I'd still be there.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!

If you have no problem with washers that need to be started twice and leave your clothes not smelling clean, dryers that need to be started 3 to 4 times just to get a light load dry, dish washers that don't actually wash the dishes, and a complex wide shared Wi-Fi network that won't let you run a YouTube video above 360p, then this is the place for you. However, if you are an average person and like to have working appliances and a stable internet connection for work and or entertainment, then… do not bother with this place. The complex takes forever to send anyone to fix appliances, and they just tell you to get in touch with the company that provides the Wi-Fi, who then tells you that its the apartment that will know how to get a hardline connection.
