With the change of management. The incoming management made mistakes with my bill back in June. i called on 6/4/2021 because my June bill did not look right it was showing zero balance . I told them that on the portal there was a $0 balance they told me that the system did not have me owing balance that month because ii was the second to last month and that I only had a prorated balance for the final month which i paid when it was due. After turning the apartment in I received a bill in the mail... for June's rent plus late fees which came to be 1207.50 in total. I emailed the property manager about the issue and she refused to see there fault. Very unfortunate situation. You will need at least 3 fans in order to be comfortable. With the way the a/c is set up, your living room will always be hot unless you leave the bedroom door open. When I moved in, my unit reeked of cigarettes. 3/4 burners on my stove work. My door isn’t sealed properly so pest, and hot air easily seep in. My bathtub isn’t caulked properly so there’s creases and cracks everywhere. Most of the outlets are either loose or don’t work. I only moved here out of desperation. Not worth the price of... rent.
