They suck………dont live there … they never open the pool, maintance never do nothing

Firstly let me start by saying Summer Set apartments are the worst apartment complex iv ever lived in, I wouldn't recommend anyone to move here.

From the first day, me and my family moved in we found roaches crawling around the house we tried contacting maintenance, but it took them weeks to show up which cause an infestation of roaches in the apartment, things got worse from that point on.

Two weeks into living there we discovered bedbugs in our rooms and immediately contacted the... maintenance, but again they waited a week to reply and the infestation got worse, we had to throw away many belongings and spend money out my own pockets to take care of a problem the apartment had before we moved in. this was the start for many problems we would be facing well-living their, the worst problem we had affected more than just us alone, the apartment had problems with sewage pipes which cause pipes around the hole apartment to leak and spill many times on the streets and in front of many building in the complex, sewage water from the pipes would flow around the complex causing a stench, this problem occurred many times well living here.
