Studio Parc

In all of my time living in Orlando this was my absolute favorite apartment. It's just the right size for one person with smaller appliances which kept my utility bills exceptionally low. Office was very helpful and always quick to fix any problems, which I honestly rarely ever had. Only complaints would be that I didn't like that the washer and dryer in my unit were in the bedroom as I normally like to throw a load of laundry in before I go to bed (I understand with the layout of the place... though, it was the best option and I was glad to even have a washer/dryer in my unit at all). The noise from the road in my unit was a little much at times, but I was in the very first building so that is to be expected and it honestly never was exceptionally bad. Biggest problem is that there is virtually NO storage. I never really looked like I completely moved in because I still had boxes everywhere my entire stay. The price is good and hasn't really changed much throughout the years. Definitely much better than any of the surrounding apartment building where you can't find a unit for less than $1000. Very good place to live for less than $1000 in this prime location. We are 10 mins. from Disney, 5 mins from Holy Land Experience and Universal Studios. I have had nothing but the best experience I have not seen or heard of any disorderly behavior on the property myself. While I did receive a notice that some cars were vandalized in November when I had left my car and left the state for a month. My car was fine. No loitering no drinking hanging out or smoking/pot. I am from up North and I... have seen bad communities this is not one of them. Very diverse community. Many of the tenants do not hang outside much. I mostly see my neighbors coming and going that's the only time. Not many children if any. I can not speak for all of the buildings but this building happens to be just perfect for me. Read More

The apt is ok,and its in a nice area ,but a bit over priced for a one bedroom studio apt. It features a
stacked washer and dryer,a dishwasher,microwave oven
stove and refrigerator.
when my lease is up I'll be looking
to get more for eight hundred plus
a month.

I've lived in this apartment for a year. It's been good. I like the staff and how quickly they want to resolve any issues. It's a small, but it's good for single people. I love the bathroom sink.
