Great location and helpful leasing agents.

The new and current group of Leasing agents are great. They are very caring , helpful and show genuine interest in my questions. Special shout out to Liza (the manager) who is always on top of it and cares for her residence. The Addison on Millenia is also in a great and low crime location. Short distance to Millenia mall and around the corner from I drive (Icon park) and Universal studios.

Elevators are always broke.

The place is nice for the most part but should be avoided completely if having a working elevator is important to you. I don’t think we’ve made it a full week without a breakdown and it is sometimes out for weeks.

Would Definitely Move Back!

We loved living here because of the location. It's super convenient to my partner's and my job and the mall. We bought a house but will move back if we ever need to!
