HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
If I could give this complex zero stars, I would.
They “discovered” I had animals in my apartment and immediately threatened eviction and even said they would call animal control — despite never clearly advertising or communicating that certifications are needed. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they chose intimidation.
After receiving that email, I went directly to the front office for clarification. I was specifically told I would NOT be charged for unregistered pets and... that there would be NO monthly fee. The only instruction I was given was to get my animals certified and email the property manager.
I did exactly what I was told.
Not only did the property manager (Shereen) take several days to respond, but when she finally did, she sent a vague document from “corporate” that answered absolutely nothing about why I was being charged or when I would be approved. After I replied for clarification, I received no response at all.
I then called the office multiple times. No answer. No callback. Days later, they finally responded only to tell me that the front office “can’t do anything” and that I needed to contact the manager again. I did — and once again, Shereen did not respond.
Meanwhile, I started receiving texts asking why I hadn’t paid the fee. I explained that the front office explicitly told me not to pay until I spoke to the manager. Suddenly, they gave me a completely different contact email (Mia) than the one they previously told me to use.
After emailing Mia and explaining the entire situation yet again, that’s when Shereen finally decided to respond — only to tell me that I would still be charged a fee regardless of what their own office staff had told me.
This complex has terrible communication, gives out false and conflicting information, and does not take responsibility for their own employees’ statements. On top of that, they use an automated AI system to answer calls, and while the AI is talking, you can literally hear office noise in the background — meaning they hear the calls and still choose not to pick up or return them for days.
If you’re considering living here, think twice. Especially if you have ESA or Service animals. Expect poor communication, runaround responses, and fees that contradict what you’re told in person. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
