Lo peor en vivienda, mi hijo quiso irse a vivir allí recibiendo una habitación en un apartamento que lo ocupa uno de los trabajadores de la administración, sitio sucio, maloliente, ruido hasta alta horas de la noche, no apto para descansar ni pasar un rato agradable, nadie responde, acaso es que esto es un negocio de la administración arrendar habitaciones con sus empleados para aburrir a la gente y de malas tiene que pagar o mire que hace, llamo y nadie habla español, nadie responde mire que… hace y yo con miedo de que mi hijo viva allí, contratos que amarran a la gente y no establece las causales de terminación ni de incumplimiento por parte de la adminsitración, osea de malas pague y espere a que se termine el contrato. I lived in this complex for my entire time at UCF before it changed its branding. I can say without a doubt this places goes down for top 3 worst student housing complexes near UCF. Didn’t write a review before and I thought about letting it go because I don’t write reviews normally but seeing the pictures of mountains of trash piled up spilling into handicap spots and doorways disgusted me to the point where I feel I HAVE to leave a review. The management for this complex is scummy, there’s a… few nice staff members but their kindness is eclipsed by the total lack of care that goes that goes into this place. And while it’s easy to blame a lot of things on students and their laziness being it’s their first time living alone, management has a responsibility to at do the bare minimum as in keeping the common areas clean such as hallways and parking lots. In 2023 a girl puked in a stairwell during a tailgate and as of 2026 when I moved out the smell still lingered there since it was never cleaned up it just marinated there for years (no lie! I saw it happen!).

Amenities? forget about it. Two gyms but there’s maybe two working treadmills between them, missing weights, missing equipment, broken equipment which has been that way for years I think I used the 20lb dumbbells once before they were stolen. The pool might be the only thing that’s decent.

If I could give this complex zero stars, I would.

They “discovered” I had animals in my apartment and immediately threatened eviction and even said they would call animal control — despite never clearly advertising or communicating that certifications are needed. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they chose intimidation.

After receiving that email, I went directly to the front office for clarification. I was specifically told I would NOT be charged for unregistered pets and… that there would be NO monthly fee. The only instruction I was given was to get my animals certified and email the property manager.

I did exactly what I was told.

Not only did the property manager (Shereen) take several days to respond, but when she finally did, she sent a vague document from “corporate” that answered absolutely nothing about why I was being charged or when I would be approved. After I replied for clarification, I received no response at all.

I then called the office multiple times. No answer. No callback. Days later, they finally responded only to tell me that the front office “can’t do anything” and that I needed to contact the manager again. I did — and once again, Shereen did not respond.

Meanwhile, I started receiving texts asking why I hadn’t paid the fee. I explained that the front office explicitly told me not to pay until I spoke to the manager. Suddenly, they gave me a completely different contact email (Mia) than the one they previously told me to use.

After emailing Mia and explaining the entire situation yet again, that’s when Shereen finally decided to respond — only to tell me that I would still be charged a fee regardless of what their own office staff had told me.

This complex has terrible communication, gives out false and conflicting information, and does not take responsibility for their own employees’ statements. On top of that, they use an automated AI system to answer calls, and while the AI is talking, you can literally hear office noise in the background — meaning they hear the calls and still choose not to pick up or return them for days.

If you’re considering living here, think twice. Especially if you have ESA or Service animals. Expect poor communication, runaround responses, and fees that contradict what you’re told in person. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. Read More

Bugs, loud noise, plus the appliances are filled with rust and hard water and ruined my clothes. I've stayed in motel 6s nicer than this
