Older place but comfy. Hate that the ceilings are so low and you can hear the ppl walking upstairs. That’s about it. The price is affordable and neighbors mind their business.

Lovely place to live overall, and I can honestly say this has been the best experience I’ve had with a leasing office. From the very beginning, the process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free, which made a huge difference. The property itself is well-maintained, clean, and in a great location, but what really stands out is the level of service.
Big shoutout to Marnie — she has been absolutely amazing to work with. She’s responsive, understanding, and genuinely cares about helping residents... . Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, she’s been quick to help and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled properly.

I have had a great experience here at the Beacon at Seminole lakes. Marnie is a wonderful property manager. She keeps us well inform about things going on in the community. When you call in for maintenance they get right on it. the only thing i wish would be better are the laundry rooms there are never enough washers or dryers and they need to updated. other then that I am satisfied

The Beacon at Seminole Lakes is a nice place to live. Haven't had any issues. It's mostly quiet and it is affordable compared to other apartments in and around the area. Very convenient location to stores, post office, and main roads/highways. Also, a bus stop right in front for easy access when needed.
