ROACH MOTEL

Roaches everywhere. I hope you like seeing them everyday in your kitchen, bathrooms, beds, and closets because that is what awaits. Amenities are always closed/out of service, staff is frequently absent, and management is incredibly inept. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Horrible soundproofing

I hear every foot step of our upstairs neighbors, nobody is willing to address the situation. The price they want for these "luxury" apartments is inexcusable. Beautiful amenities but that's where it ends.

Apartment with Many Amenities

Staff at Lucient's at Sunrise are very helpful, Casey is excellent and helpful with applying and moving in quickly.
The design of the studio or efficiency apartments is excellent. Food prep, space and room for your stuff is enhanced by numerous closets and cabinets and space saving appliances. High ceilings and four tall windows with blinds allow a lot of daylight in and creates ambiance and sometimes fireworks from Disney can be seen at night.
Lucient’s is very pet friendly; and there are... several sidewalks/bike paths for walks around the complex. The location is excellent and close to Disney Resorts and parks.
The bathroom is very nice and just as good or better than any hotel brand bathroom. There are numerous amenities not mentioned but the pools are excellent and they have a neat lazy river (designed pool). A fitness and business center is available; and the high speed internet is built-in and includes an ethernet port/outlet which is very convenient.

amazing place

I went to tour the other day with Casey who was amazing. He answered every question I had and was able to find the perfect apartment layout for me which I fell in love with! The complex it self was stunning and had well maintain amenities and friendly staff.
