The Oasis at Moss Park Preserve

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at The Oasis at Moss Park Preserve. From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed by the office team. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything that comes up.

The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and very peaceful. The amenities are always clean, and the landscaping makes the property feel like a resort. One of my favorite things is that management truly cares about the residents. They regularly host fun community... events that bring neighbors together and make living here feel like more than just renting an apartment.

Maintenance is responsive and takes care of requests quickly, which is something I really appreciate. The location is also a huge plus it’s close to major highways, shopping, restaurants, and Orlando International Airport. The schools nearby are top schools which was a huge plus for my family.

While Oasis at Mosspark's infrastructure dazzles, our experience with the office staff dimmed its shine. The service fell short of the professionalism and courtesy expected for such a community.

Access restrictions in social zones, while understandable, were handled inflexibly, leaving us feeling unwelcome with our young daughter 17 y/o. The promised complimentary wine was limited to "special events," adding to the disappointment.

Most concerning was the consistently rude and dismissive... demeanor of the office staff. Their communication lacked warmth and understanding, making us feel unheard. Attempts to offer feedback and find solutions were met with terse, dismissive responses.

It's unfortunate that such a beautiful community is marred by unprofessional service. While the infrastructure impresses, the lack of basic courtesy and problem-solving skills from the office staff impedes families like ours from fully enjoying the amenities and feeling valued.
