    Could do more for what they are charging.

    I have been living at Villas at Pinecrest for 7 years. Overall it's been a good experience. The staff is friendly and maintenance will get things done pretty much when you ask them to. Rent keeps going up and up. I feel like they are charging as if it were a luxury apartment community but they have a long way to go. Security gates have been out of commission for ever and it rains more in the porch than outside. I have suggested they do something with the gutters but so far.... nothing. The… dumpster area is a disaster. There is no access to workout room after office closes. So those of us who work are out of luck. I wouldn't mind paying what I pay for rent as long as things get fixed up.
