I wanted to give this complex a fair amount of time before leaving a review, but my experience since moving in has been disappointing, particularly with maintenance and follow-through.

One of my first issues involved my apartment key. Maintenance believed it had been cut incorrectly and had to force entry into my apartment, only for it to turn out that the correct key had actually been misplaced.

I purchased a temporary doorknob from Walmart so my apartment wouldn't be left without one. I gave... the original knob to maintenance, but it was never returned. It took over a month for the lock situation to be addressed, leaving me unable to return the temporary knob. I requested reimbursement since I only bought it because of this issue, but I still haven't received an answer. The temporary bottom knob also remains installed without a proper strike/catch, so it doesn't actually secure the door.

I've also dealt with a plumbing leak for an extended period. After finally receiving repairs, only part of the original problem was fixed and another fixture still leaks. I've also reported moisture and what appears to be mold developing near the affected area.

More recently, during a storm, water was leaking from the top-right corner of my window frame, dripping and splashing onto the window handle, bottom frame, and floor. By the time I got home, the water had created a large puddle near the sliding door that covered roughly a third of my living room. I cleaned it up myself and wrung out approximately two buckets of water.

That same day, I returned home after maintenance had been there to find both doors to my unit left wide open. Aside from the security concern, it had been raining heavily and one door is now difficult to close properly.

I've consistently reported problems, provided pictures and information, and made my apartment accessible for maintenance. Unfortunately, repairs have taken a long time, some remain incomplete, and communication has been inconsistent.

I understand maintenance gets busy and don't expect every repair immediately. However, I expect reasonable communication, follow-through, basic security precautions when entering someone's home, and water-related issues to be taken seriously.

There are aspects of living here that I like, which is why I'm giving two stars rather than one. If the outstanding issues are properly resolved and the maintenance experience improves, I'd be willing to reconsider my rating. Read More

If you can rent from anywhere else, I'd highly recommend it. If you look at any of the positive reviews they are all about the application process and not living here. We have been fighting them over fixing the ac since we moved in. During the day with it running on cool, the lowest it gets is around 78-82. The office believes this is acceptable. The barely working ac ran the electric bill to nearly $300 and even at night it can barely get to 70 degrees. The apartment opened a large hole in a... bathroom and left it that way for a month. We went on a tour 5/18. The lady told us she let a lizard in the apartment the day before. As we walked around most of the baseboards were missing and there were spiders in every room. The bathroom rug was filthy and had some stains. The cupboard under the sink was dirty.

This is the worst place to rent, please run away! Don't rent with them.
The apartments are old, the A/C doesn't work, they never fix anything. The staff office are rude.
Once you move out of this awful apartment complex, they'll do a bad credit report, don't matter if you've done everything right.

The pictures on the website are very misleading. I got approved and went to go take a tour and the complex is very dirty and unmaintained. Very unsafe area. The unit itself was very small compared to the square footage on the website. There is a lot of trash everywhere. The units have rat/roach infestations and little to no security. Management is also very difficult to get in touch with. Don't waste your money on applying to the place. Spread the word!!!
