Desperation apartment
We moved in because everything was included, and it made it easy, but we learned quite quickly that you get what you pay for. There are roaches and loud dogs and the power goes out randomly when it’s not even a big storm there is constant work being done with the AC or water. Residence in certain buildings went over a month without having ac and in the winter, they control the heat so there were times where we used our oven as a heater

Better than an extended stay but....
This has been the worst experience of my life. The bugs, the rude neighbor, nothing works...the maintence staff is nice but just rig things. The things on my list that needed fixing still have not all been addressed and ive been here 3 months. I can not wait for this lease to be up.

Many decent features, but horrible corporate management
We lived here for 5 years, recently left. We brought friends in to rent as well because the location is nice and maintenance staff is friendly and attentive to needs. Corporate management cleaned house in the front office. There is this obnoxious jerk (Josh)in the front office that alone is enough that I am recommending that all of our friends leave this place, too. They seem to intentionally irritate residents, it is almost like they don't want people to live here. The location is not worth the... trouble.
