our ac work order request was submitted 5/27. it was never truly fixed, has been getting hotter and hotter, and our apartment has now been at 82°- 85° for the past 3 days. we were offered an in window unit mid day monday, that has only taken our bedroom temperature down to 77°. we have had to call many times and place multiple work orders, and we were told thursday was the earliest this could possibly be fixed. this is insane and almost unlivable conditions as even the hallways are 73° and our... apartment is 10° hotter at all times. this is not even the first major issue we have had at a “luxury living” apartment. the first one was an active leak that took weeks to fix, where there was possible mold, peeling wallpaper and water coming out of light fixtures. rent is simply to expensive to be having horrible issues like this every few months.
