Amazing 2 years

I've had an amazing 2 years at the Braxton, super friendly staff at the leasing office thank you Andy Sydney Ashley when you get back from a hard day out and about and you enter it's like you're entering your own little Resort thank you for an amazing 2 years

Very relaxing place

I have been with the Braxton for over three years. Alas, due to job changes I needed to move or else the wife and I would be staying here for much longer. My rent consistently stayed within the current market norm, and the maintenance team are pretty awesome. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The aesthetics of the place is also very resort-styled. Hopefully I'll be back in some years to come!

YES!!

So far the move in has been so easy, so fast, SO EASY!! Amber was a thrill to be around and she was so helpful! Harley is just the sweetest ever! Sydney the leasing manager was the icing on the cake. This group of girls have it together! 10/10 experience Thank you!

THE BEST PLACE TO LIVE AND GROW IN PALM BAY

I moved to the Braxton Premier Apartments in 2018. This place will be home to me for many years to come. The property has been managed by professionals who care about your family, your safety, your pets, and the condition of your apartment home. The grounds are always maintained in a park like setting. At the Braxton you can almost guarantee that you will live around great neighbors that will become great friends. The administration staff is to be commended for the the hard work they do to... insure that all of your needs are met guaranteed.
