All applicants must supply or create a pet screening profile during their move-in process. It is free for anyone without a pet or with service or support animals. Anyone wishing to have a pet that is not a support or service animal must pay $30.00 to petscreening to set up an annual account and create a profile for their pet to send to us. Applicants without a pet still need to create an account so they can answer a few quick questions affirming they do not have a pet and will not be allowed one without having something in writing, it is free for non-pet owners and takes only a few minutes to complete. Fees for a household pet range from $200-400 per pet in an upfront non-refundable fee, and $20-40 per pet per month in pet rent.
