The bright dining area and a fully equipped kitchen include an island, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, drip coffee maker, kettle, and dishwasher. Two bedrooms are down the hallway, one with a Queen bed and the other with two Full beds, sharing a bathroom. The private King bedroom boasts a large walk-in closet and a spacious en-suite bathroom. A smaller master suite features a Queen bed and a sofa bed, along with its own bathroom. All bathrooms are handicap accessible, with an additional handicap seat available upon request. A full laundry room with a washer and dryer is centrally located. The screened-in pool area offers lounge chairs, outdoor dining space, and peaceful water views.
Parking is available via Car or Uber. Late check-outs and early arrivals may be available for an additional fee.

It's a short drive to Flagler Beach, waterfront restaurants, parks, golf courses, and essential amenities like grocery stores and cafes. This calm, inviting community provides effortless relaxation while keeping necessities close by.
Smoking of any kind is prohibited, with a $200 fine for violations. Unauthorized parties are not allowed and will result in additional charges and immediate eviction. Only registered guests are permitted. Additional guests beyond the initial registration will incur a charge of $100 per person, subject to approval. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am. Guests must be 21+ with an adult over 21 present during the stay. No food or drink is allowed in bedrooms, with extra cleaning fees for stains. All trash must be disposed of in outside bins before departure. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. All dishes should be washed and the dishwasher run before departure. Windows should be kept closed for security. Avoid overloading laundry machines, do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap. The storage closet must remain closed and locked. Leftover consumables are at your discretion. Furniture should not be rearranged. Illegal activities will result in immediate eviction. Pool rules include: use at your own risk, children under 16 must be supervised, do not use the pool under the influence of alcohol or drugs, shower before entering the pool, avoid bringing oils, lotions, or soaps into the pool, follow all posted guidelines, and do not engage in risky behavior. Any damage to the pool caused by misuse will be charged to the guest.
