I’ve lived here two years and have found it a pleasant, friendly environment. The times I have required maintenance services the response has been prompt and the staff friendly and any problem solved.

I recently moved into this community, and I absolutely love my apartment! The space feels like home already, and everything has been well-maintained and welcoming from the start.

I also want to give a big shout-out to the maintenance team. Todd has been especially great—he handled my work order quickly and with real care, making sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. It’s clear that the team here takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about residents’ comfort.

I have been a long term resident. Tye grounds are well maintained. Plenty of parking. I enjoy the small community. You feel like it's a home not an apartment. The maintenance department is second to none. Jesus is the best! Polite, curteous,friendly and gets the job done quickly. Thank you for all you do.

To all Current and Future residents, honestly find somewhere else to live. Nice apartment but terrible office and maintenance staff.

In 2020 my air conditioner was broken for 6 months. I put in a request almost every week to be told every other reason that was wrong with it instead of hiring a technician to actually fix the persistent issue. Their resolution resulted in a floor unit that doubled my electric bill that they refuse to amend. I've sent all of my electric bills for proof and they... still could careless. My hallway neighbor was going through the same issue, this is quite common.

The maintenance is mediocre and they barely know how to fix simple issues. Most of your requests will result in more to follow because it never gets fixed.

Parking.... LOL a joke. I lived there for over 2 years and our original parking decal was a cling that was on the inside of your car. This caused zero damage to your personal property. Last November, they updated their decals to actual stickers that needed to be placed on the outside of your vehicle. Once you leave, they will remove just the sticker but not the residue. How are you going to force your residents to deface their vehicle with a parking decal and not clean it off entirely?

More on the parking. After they created this sticker so your car would not get towed they limited the visitor parking from every apartment having one free visitor hang tag to just 30 parking spaces all together for 13 buildings. It was never enough spaces, which always resulted in someone getting towed almost every night. Their response on that was that they care about their residents and not their guests. Forewarning, careful where your guests park because they could careless and they will get towed. Obviously, since they are your guest it means the Resident will be paying that fee. So ultimately they could care less about you as a resident.

Lastly, I saw someone comment about the pests and racoons. That's not the only annoying thing, you will soon notice the pet owners who allow their animals to defecate on the sidewalk. Enjoy! because it will not get any better they could careless about enforcing their residents to clean up after their pets or even close the dumpster doors.

All in All, you are just paying for an overpriced apartment that was half the price a year ago to get mediocre maintenance and customer service from the office and corporate.
