Pets are welcome with a fee of $200 per pet, with a limit of 2 pets unless otherwise approved. There is a weight limit of 25lbs and restricted breeds include Pit Bull, Doberman, Rottweiler, and German Shepherd. Pet registration is required, and pets must wear a current rabies tag when walking on the premises. Parking is limited to a maximum of 2 vehicles per condo. Check-in is at 4:00 PM with contactless entry, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A unique entry code will be sent 10 minutes prior to check-in for a seamless arrival. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property, with a $500 fine for indoor smoking, plus any necessary cleaning or damage repairs. Parties and special events are not permitted unless arranged and approved in writing by management prior to arrival. Unauthorized guests will incur an additional fee of $100 per guest per night, and the stay may be terminated without refund if unauthorized guests are discovered. Noise levels should be kept low between 10 PM and 8 AM, with repeat violations or excessive noise complaints potentially resulting in fines or immediate eviction without refund. Starting after Labor Day (September 2, 2025), the A Building at Dunes of Panama will undergo scheduled Milestone Exterior Repairs, which may restrict balcony access and temporarily close certain walkways. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CT).
