Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees. Please respect our neighbors and maintain low noise levels between 10 PM and 8 AM. Repeat violations or excessive noise complaints may result in fines or immediate eviction without refund. Starting August 4, 2025, the A Building at Dunes of Panama will undergo scheduled Milestone Exterior Repairs, which may restrict balcony access and temporarily close certain walkways.
