Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property, with a $500 fine for indoor smoking. Parties and special events are not permitted unless arranged and approved in writing by management prior to arrival. Unauthorized guests will incur an additional fee of $100 per night and may result in termination of the stay without refund.
