Very quiet considering the current road construction on Baldwin. The office manager is great ignore the other review. She does her job well and enforces all the rules the HOA has voted on. Parking used to be an issue. Now we can actually find a parking spot during the day and evenings. Love our amenities, well kept lawns, pool is maintained well, courtesy officer lives in the neighborhood, a lovely place. As for garages having to be kept closed yes bc it looks tacky to be left open all day...... What's the need? Baldwin Rowe is an ideal central location right on the Lynn Haven city line. I can't believe how fast this place has gone down hill. It's partially owned and partially rented and I feel sorry for all the homeowners. They're griping every time I hear. It's gotten legalistic and the lady who works the office, she's a menace to the neighborhood. I've had guest complain about her and that she makes them feel uncomfortable which is sad because she's supposed to represent the place.

Also if you need repairs, or if something is wrong, it's your fault. They'll fix it, the... maintenance tech is a descent guy, but the front desk lady, is all about the blame game. They don't maintain these places like they should.

BTW we got a flyer that states "she didn't want kids playing in the neighborhood". Who complains about children having fun? Garage doors must always be closed, no working on cars in your own garage, the compactor breaks often so trash has to stink up your house on extended weekends. That should give you an idea.
