0 out of 5 the trash compactor is always broken trash piled like a landfill the hot water doesn’t work well the ac is broken every three days as well as the wifi. Rent is ridiculously high especially for this quality of life.

This complex gives a feeling of quiet and privacy despite being so close to everything in PCB. The apartments are well built and modern with great amenities. Highly recommend checking them out.
