Poor Management

It's not ok, nothing has been done since hurricane Michael no privacy fence yards are in a mess laundry room still closed because they still trying to get their new office together they are more concerned about the new office than they are these tenants but they want to make absolutely sure they get their money come every month

Quiet and tucked away

Small community. Staff and maintenance are top notch. Pricing is affordable. Close to everything but tucked away from main traffic. Great community!

I was a new comer to florida, from new orleans. I was searching for a place close to everything, yet set apart, having a country/ ranch like atmosphere, with no stairs to climb. It has no pool or work out area, but that helps keep the prices very reasonsble. The beaches are only 20-30minutes away. You can choose from studio to one & two bedrooms with washer/dryer hook ups. You'll enjoy it here at northgate 2, and remember shopping is like 3 blocks away. Its a great place!!
