Spring Gate

I lived here a little while back and they are terrible, I had a mild issue due to a water leak. I asked them to fix the leak and they ignored the problem. I got black mold and they decided to put a board of wood over the hole that had mold on it. They also raised the rent $100 extra when they had new management. They are overpriced, have terrible maintenance!

My stay here has been nothing less than great. They made it very effortless to move in, even earlier than I had expected since I moved from another state. I love it here and when anything happens where I need maintenance they are always here. The property is clean and will maintained. The office staff are friendly and attentive. I'm glad we chose to stay here.

I went to have a look at this property, it took me 3 days to get someone in the office and then when I was showed the apartment it was dirty and had a very strong smell of cigarettes and it was musty smelling, these apartments need a serious upgrade to justify the price they are charging for old musty carpet and wood paneling and old 80's appliances. Those in the office are not polite and very unpleasant.

Who would pay $734- $2,489 for an apartment looking as this one does. this price is way to high for a single person.
