Pembroke Cove

This used to be a really nice property, there used to be a top-notch maintenance team, and once upon a time even friendly office staff. Sadly this is no longer the case, the new maintenance team can care less, the supervisor is unfriendly and unhelpful, work orders are slow to be completed and the general service is poor. The office staff has gotten worse every year, and the care of the property with it. The Gym is outdated, having been here many years, I can tell you that no equipment has been... changed, the place is in poor condition. The space in the Gym can be used in a much more efficient manner. Privacy is not respected by the new staff and paying a very high rent you are made to feel like they are doing you a favor by allowing you to leave here. There is also gang activity in the complex, since some of the law enforcement that used to live here has moved out, and thugs have moved in. The new security company is also useless when it comes to this. There are characters roaming around the neighborhood that look like extras in a Friday movie. Sadly this once safe and well taken care of property has fallen into the wrong hands. I have been a resident at Pembroke Cove since 2013 and I can tell you that it is a well kept property and the amenities are nice and kid friendly. I have been working with Nancy since I have lived here and she is always very attentive and is willing to get you what you need ASAP. The maintenance staff is very friendly and they get the job done no matter what the request is for the units. I highly recommend Pembroke Cove.

This place was an excellent stop to live, if you liked privacy, a quiet area yet in an excellent location. No longer the case, new management comes up with new rules every week, they like to make threats in their memos and letters to the tenants, she have inspections every other week for one reason or the other, it is a nightmare if you enjoy privacy and do not want to be disturb. It feels like at times they might do it on purpose to inconvenience the tenants. There are constantly neighbors... moving in and out due to the strict rules and home intrusions by management. Stay away from this place if you enjoy privacy and feel that paying top dollar rent should entitle you to some peace. NONE to be found here, just memos and eviction threats. Read More

Nice 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment home in great location in Pembroke Pines, right off Pines Blvd and close to everything. The apartment is well maintained and cleaned between tenants. Complex is nicely maintained as well.

Great place to live, the neighbors greet you with a warm hello. The staff are friendly and attend all your requests quickly. Excellent location close to schools and malls. The perfect place to live with kids.
