Living in this community is very excellent. There are friendly staff, great amenities such as gym, outdoor exercise area, pool, walk around the pond or neighborhood.

I wish I could give a higher rating. However, for a having rented and paying extra to live in a renovated unit, we received our apartment with a list full of damages/issues. There seems to be a lack of urgency with getting these things repaired/replaced. For the last 5-6 days, we've been dealing with issues with the A/C specifically. We spent an entire night with the A/C not working properly but since the A/C was temporarily working when the maintenance technician came to check on it, they… decided not to look into it and left. Once again, the A/C stopped working. We spent another day & night in an uncomfortable heat. We called the office and had another technician come. He spent over an hour working on our unit, managed to get the A/C to work but 30 mins after he left, it began to blow hot air. It is hotter in our unit than it is outside. These aren't livable conditions. I'm trying my best to love the unit but it's hard to do so when basic necessities aren't being met. Disappointed.

Great place to live. Management and staff is friendly as well as the maintenance. The manager gets to know all residents always have a n open door policy to help whenever she can. Best manager ever! Community is clean and you feel safe, shops are very close. Great place to live!

Apartment is ok but the parking is bad. People don’t park where they live they park wherever they want. That’s my only issue they should have assigned parking
