Everything good and i like that the maintenance team responds quick to out of order items. My washer broke and my AC broke and they took care of it like it was nothing. Thank you !!!!

Good

Nice and clean neighborhood, with the exception of people who don’t pick up their dog waste. Nice place to walk for exercise. Also, wish apartment sinks were updated. Great overall!

Management Makes It A Great Place to Live!

Neighborhood is quiet. Neighbors are super nice. The management is super professional. Staff always ready to help or to come up with a solution. Walking into the front office, you are always welcomed with a smile, which is refreshing. Nancy, Blair and Iliana make a great team! I had a problem with my clothes washer and it was fixed the same day. I really enjoy the peacefulness of this complex, the lake views, a nice gym, the fact that is is dog friendly and I am thankful for a great staff. Five… stars all around.
