Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home, and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.

The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in, allowing for contact-free check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. This is a duplex and the back side of this house is also available to rent. There is a door that separates the two spaces in the bedroom that remains locked at all times unless both units are booked. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated and neighbors are disturbed, your reservation may be canceled, requiring you to leave the property immediately without eligibility for refunds. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur an automatic $500 damage charge. Parties are prohibited, and other events require prior approval.
