As a new tenant I have brief experiences within the community. I find support and availability from the office rental team and maintenance department. I see how helpful everyone responds and that truly minimizes the anxiety of motto a new environment. I do Que show policies are enforced we know that rules are made every where but how are those enforced? I question the landscape quality in the community some street have gorgeous green lawns and others such as my unit the lawn is down to the... sandy soil not too attractive!

Regarding your landscaping concerns, there's no need to worry! Our irrigation system is in the final stages of being completed and will be up and running soon. Once that is complete, any bare areas throughout the community will be filled with sod to create the lush, green appearance we're working toward. We appreciate your patience as we finish these community improvements.

As for community policies, they are actively enforced by our office team to help ensure a safe, attractive, and enjoyable neighborhood for everyone. If you ever have a question or concern about a specific policy or something you've observed, please don't hesitate to contact our office. We'd be happy to discuss it with you and will address any concerns as promptly as possible.

I’ve been renting here over 2 years now and couldn’t be happier. The community is consistently clean, secure, and well maintained — common areas and facilities are always in excellent condition. Maintenance responds quickly and does high-quality work, and management is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. The homes are modern and well cared for, with regular upgrades and timely resolution of any issues. Communication is clear and helpful, and the location is incredibly... convenient to shopping, transit, and services. For the quality, service, and amenities provided, the price is very fair. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free place to live.
