Rundown

No pest control, no lawn care, busted out windows, abandoned cars, if your appliance breaks they don’t replace, rent goes up every year and not by $20-$50, try $200. Turned into the hood

Apartments aren’t bad it’s the management is horrible especially “T” she answers the phone with an attitude! When you ask a question she always says she don’t have the information about MY lease ! Now they’re charging a cleaning fee for other people mess ridiculous

Horrible management

Extremely rude! As tenants we don’t need to know that you’re overwhelmed with the company you work for! “T” is very loud, rude, and has no respect for anyone! Can’t wait till my lease is up!

Cheap, trashy

They don’t care about tenants, property is trashed! Raise prices every year by over $100! Charge over $100 for water a month! Water is constantly off for “leaks”

Family Environment!

My family and I love this place! The management is AMAZING! Also quick to respond. Maintenance is also very nice and get things done in a timely manner.
