Easy to work with the people in the clubhouse. I came in a day later than my lease due to travel issues and was welcomed on an adjusted schedule. Easy to communicate and work the people on staff.

Great Reception

My husband and I were looking for an apartment for his mom who will be moving to Pensacola from Michingan next year and Ms. Christine was more than happy to give us a tour of the apartments and the amenities. She was very kind and welcoming and answered all of our questions. We looked at 2 other complexes in the area and my husband abd I agreed that The Preserve would be the perfect place for his mom. We are excited and hopefully something will be available next year.

The apartment and the complex are beautiful. Only done a little bit of touring the grounds but I am looking forward to grilling out by the pond.

I really enjoy living in this community, the amenities such as the pool and the pond are great. My daughter's love the pool and really enjoy visiting the wild live at the pond. We use the grills at the pond to cookout alot as well. The fire is really nice to make s'mores as well.
