I love living here. I've been a traveling nurse since 2008 and I've lived in 8 apartment and house rentals here in Florida. This is my third year here and that's the first time I have ever renewed a lease for a third year. The apartments are nice, I live in a one bedroom, it's small but clean and new, I have a large patio with an attached storage room and I also rent a garage. The clubhouse is nice and includes a free Starbucks coffee machine, once a month they have community gatherings with... free food or BBQs. The community is fenced in and has a gate with a passcode or a key fob that opens the gate. The gym is nice though I haven't used it but twice. The pool is great though it's shallow, only 5 feet deep at the most and it also requires key fob access. There is a mail room and also a secure package delivery room that also has a dog washing facility. The complex is off the beaten path so you don't get people walking by from the street.
