Senior Apartment Living
Some years ago I began my search for senior apartments. When I visited St Giles the leasing agent I spoke with was as sweet and kind as could be. But I had to immediately end my questions to her because her manager/boss was literally yelling at her to leave me and focus her attention on another waiting resident. I was hardly delaying her time. The boss was extremely persistent and completely rude. I felt so bad for the agent I was speaking with and left and never went back. I have found... becoming a senior citizen on a budget is not a pleasant situation to be in. I chose another property in tampa and from the first week they made it clear to me. There is a waiting list and if you arent happy we can terminate your lease ...no problem I have heard the older you get the more freedoms you lose. Seems to be true. Somehow the staff of these properties feel because these apartments are affordable and popular they dont need to be professional or nice to you
