Pretty good experience. Wish the walkways were kept a little cleaner but good access to I-4 as well as nearby restaurants. Community is pretty quiet.

Have always had a great time living here. I’ve been living here since they first opened, while they were still building. 9 years! Wow times flies! Never had issues and managers and employees are always there to help!

Outside appearance of the apartment complex is always disappointing - excessive amounts of dead insects, dirty building siding, stained concrete, neglected pool area, and landscaping that needs attention.

Been here since they were still building it. Never had any problems at all. Going on I think 9 years. Staff is always helpful and always there when needed!
