If I could have chosen no stars I would have. There is no amount of paint or new anything in these buildings that new management is promising as a band aide that will change the fact that the buildings are mold and termite infested. Not to mention the drive by shootings into actual apartments that drug dealers occupy. The noise is unbearable with racing cars at the 4 way stop and dumpsters being dropped at 5am since your bedroom faces Big Lots and Plant City homeless living in in clear view… beside the dumpster. You will NOT get your deposit back even if you play by all the rules and do everything right. If I could post pictures of termite droppings all over my bed in the morning, or termite wings all over the counters in every room I would. If I could post the picture of my bathroom ceiling fully collapsed from ancient plumbing that constantly leaks and causes molding dry wall I would. Beautiful place very well maintained units and landscaping at reasonable rents. Nice place close to Tampa and other surrounding cities.

So much needs to be done the walls are paper thin! And the neighbors are so loud!
