Horrible management company. If you want to live in a mold infested building with management that does not want to remedy mold because they won’t use the word mold for “liability issues” then I’d say rent here. If you care about your health and want a management company that cares more about their residents than their money then don’t live here.

Vacation, at home!
I have lived at 1333 South Ocean since moving to the area in 2023 and continue to love it here! Everything is well kept, management very friendly and responsive and maintenance is the best! The pool really feels like we are staying in a resort.

Slice of Paradise
Great location between the ocean and the inter-coastal. The apartments are really nice and the amenities remind me of a nice resort. And the employees are very kind and helpful.
