Management is terrible.
You will NOT get your SD back, if you do it won't be anywhere near the full amount. They'll bill you for every little thing, they're horrible people.
Parking is a nightmare and landscape non-existent. For the price you should check elsewhere. Save yourself the stress of living there.

This place is not worth the price, petty neighbors, and landlords that do bare minimum when it comes to maintaining the property. Windows and tiles came broken when we started the lease. Carpet hasn’t been changed once and are in horrible condition since the start of the lease. We replaced water filter at the start of the lease that is suppose to be replaced by previous renter and if not by the renter by the landlord using the security deposit from previous renters.
