Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No shoes inside the home. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. No smoking on the property; cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided on the front patio. An additional fee will apply to remove stains/odors from cigarettes. Please pick up all trash before departing and place it in an outside trash can. Report any damages and/or breakages within 24 hours of occurrence. Please wash all dishes and run and unload the dishwasher if used prior to departure. Do not open the windows. Do not overload the washer/dryer, do not wash sandy beach items or towels in the units, and empty the dryer lint trap after every use. Additional fees will apply if units are damaged due to improper use. The storage room is to remain closed at all times. Consumables such as condiments or snacks may be left behind by previous guests; the host does not take any responsibility for these items. Please do not rearrange the furniture. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission, they will be responsible for additional cleaning charges.
