No shoes inside the home. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms (closed water bottles are an exception). There is a no-smoking policy on the property; cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided on the front patio, and an additional fee to remove stains/odors from cigarettes will apply. Pick up all trash before departing and place it in an outside trash can. Report any damages and/or breakages within 24 hours of occurrence. Please wash all dishes, and if the dishwasher was used, please run and unload it prior to departure. Do not open the windows. Do not overload the washer/dryer, do not wash sandy beach items or towels in the units, and empty the dryer lint trap after every use; additional fees will apply if units are damaged due to improper use. The storage room is to remain closed at all times. Consumables such as condiments or snacks may be left behind by previous guests at the guest's discretion. Please do not rearrange the furniture. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in additional cleaning or maintenance required, guests will be responsible for additional cleaning charges. In the unfortunate event that neighbors are disturbed, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately. No illegal activity or guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure fees apply: $50 for 1 hour or less, $100 for 1-2 hours, and $200 for 2-3 hours. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book a reservation, and an individual who is 21 years of age or older must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. No cats are allowed.
